1. Get in Touch
Just call our friendly team on 01273 648 200 and we will help find the right resort for your group. We can make a provisional reservation for you and hold it for two weeks without obligation, giving you time to collect deposits.
2. Confirm your Reservation
Send your relevant Confirmation booking form and deposits through to us and we will do the rest. For administration purposes you will need to provide us with a full party names list at the time you pay your first deposits. This information is also required by the insurance company and cancellation cover for your party is immediately provided. Second deposits are due 8 weeks later. We will send through your launch pack and everything else you may need including literature, posters and savings cards.
3. Final Arrangements
Your final invoice is sent 14 weeks before departure with the balance to be returned to us no later than 12 weeks before departure. In order to maintain our price guarantee this invoice must be paid by the due date. All travel documents will be sent to you 2 weeks before departure.
